The training is structured in 6 progressive modules:
- Understanding the stakes of transfer (1 day)
- Identifying and framing an intergenerational pairing (1 day)
- Supporting the intergenerational relationship (1 day)
- Securing the transfer of skills and responsibilities (1 day)
- Integrating the pairing into the organisation (1 day)
- Supervising multiple pairings and organising post-transfer follow-up (1 day)
Each module alternates theoretical input, practical tools, case studies, and role-plays.
