The training is structured in 6 progressive modules:

  1. Understanding the stakes of transfer (1 day)
  2. Identifying and framing an intergenerational pairing (1 day)
  3. Supporting the intergenerational relationship (1 day)
  4. Securing the transfer of skills and responsibilities (1 day)
  5. Integrating the pairing into the organisation (1 day)
  6. Supervising multiple pairings and organising post-transfer follow-up (1 day)

Each module alternates theoretical input, practical tools, case studies, and role-plays.
